May 1-3, 2009 The Valley of Flowers Festival, known as the First Festival of Spring, has been celebrated every year since it started in 1963. This year marks the 47th year of the celebration.
During the three-day weekend of the festival, there is truly something for everyone. In addition there is a Tot Wheels Parade and an official Grand Parade. The crowning of the Valley of Flowers Queen and her Court takes place after the Grand Parade. |
