PRETTY BABY CONTEST RULES

To enter this contest:

1. Please send a photograph no larger than 4x6 of the child you are entering. Entries are for those babies up to age two. The child does not need to reside in Florissant to be a contestant.
2. On the back of the photo put the child's name, address, parents name and phone number, age and birthday of the child.
3. Send this in the mail along with a $5.00 check to Valley of Flowers Festival, 601 rue St. Charles, Florissant MO 63031. Include a self-addressed envelope and your photo will be returned to you after the festival.

Photos are displayed at the James J. Eagan Center on the Ice Rink from Friday May 7 beginning at 4pm until 8pm and Saturday May 8 from 9am - 5pm. You may vote for your favorite picture during that time. There is a popularity contest and personality contest. Judges choose personality contest, popularity contest is judged on the amount of donations received. There are prizes and plaques for the winners.
