By submitting this form, this organization agrees to:

  1. Set up two hours before starting time of festival
  2. Clean your display space at the close of the show and remove all trash
  3. Hold harmless the Sponsoring Organization and the City of Florissant for any loss or damage to person or property of the Applicant

Before April 5, 2010 complete and return with your $50 space rental fee. The space is 10x10. Send to Florissant Valley of Flowers, 601 rue St. Charles, Florissant Mo 63031.
Rental Fee is non-refundable. The Sponsoring Organization reserves the right to have items removed from your space that are not deemed to be acceptable.
