By submitting this application, I agree to the following rules:

  1. This organization agrees to send a non-refundable payment of $25.00 for one (1) or two (2) days to the Valley of Flowers Committee along with this application for non-profit/charity organizations. The fee is $100 for commercial vendors. The booth fee is doubled to $50 ($200 for commercial vendors) if paid after April 30, 2010.
  2. This organization further agrees to send 5% of the GROSS REVENUE earned to the Valley of Flowers Committee by June 1, 2010. A payment is due regardless of profit or loss for eligibility in the 2011 Festival.
  3. The applicant agrees to hold harmless the Sponsoring Organization and the City of Florissant for any loss or damage to person or property of the Applicant.
