By submitting this application, I agree to the following rules:

  1. This organization agrees to send payment of $25.00 for one (1) or two (2) days to the Valley of Flowers Committee along with this application for non-profit/charity organizations. The fee is $100 for commercial vendors. The fee is doubled if paid after May 1, 2008.
  2. This organization further agrees to send 10% of the NET OVERAGE earned to the Valley of Flowers Committee by August 3, 2008. A financial statement is due regardless of profit or loss for eligibility in the 2009 Festival.
  3. The applicant agrees to hold harmless the Sponsoring Organization and the City of Florissant for any loss or damage to person or property of the Applicant.
